Our members are involved in this goal in a variety of ways. Each of us continues the pioneering work of Michigan’s Alice W. Burlingame – MHTA has the proud designation as a memorial chapter of AHTA in tribute to her efforts. |
| MHTA MISSION STATEMENT The Michigan Horticultural Therapy Association will promote and encourage state and regional interest in the development of horticulture and related activities as a therapeutic and rehabilitative medium. MHTA GOALS 1. To support programs that utilize horticultural therapy in Michigan 2. To promote horticultural therapy educational opportunities in Michigan 3.
